Together with the player, his sporting, professional and private situation is analysed. All three factors must be ideally coordinated so that the player can perform optimally at a club.
FAIRSPORT advises the player taking all factors into account.

FAIRSPORT was founded as an association in 2008. FAIRSPORT was founded by the Swiss Football Players Association and is the official players’ agency of the players’ association.
Fairsport has the necessary SECO permit for professional activity in professional sports.
